Returns and Cancellation

Return and Cancellation Policy:

  1. All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets once they have been purchased.
  2. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, we will provide a full refund to all ticket buyers.
  3. If an event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, we will issue refunds automatically to the credit card used for the purchase. If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the event with the name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that we believe to be fraudulent or purchased through unauthorized channels. In such cases, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser using the same payment method used for the purchase.
